8.1. Price Composition: Prices shown are a comprehensive package including the official tickets and value-added services like booking assistance, ticket management, and the Company’s commercial margin.

 

8.2. Price Display: The final price, including all taxes, is clearly displayed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are per person.

 

8.3. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Credit card (via Stripe), Google Pay, and Apple Pay. By using a third-party service, the User agrees to its terms.

 

8.4. Errors: In the event of a pricing error, the User will be informed and will have the option to cancel at no cost. Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of booking confirmation will apply.

 

  1. User Obligations for Ticket Issuance

 

9.1. Mandatory and Accurate Personal Data: Access tickets are nominative, personal, and non-transferable. The User must provide complete and accurate personal data for all participants.

 

9.2. Deadline for Data: Data must be submitted within 30 minutes of purchase. Failure to do so means the Company cannot guarantee ticket availability, and the booking will be non-refundable.

 

9.3. Responsibility for Information: The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of all data. Incorrect, incomplete, or late data submission that prevents ticket issuance or monument entry does not entitle the User to a refund.

 

9.4. Responsibility for Email: The User must provide a valid email address and check all folders (including Spam/Junk). The Company is not liable for non-receipt of tickets due to an incorrect email address, and the booking will remain non-refundable.

 

  1. Ticket Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

 

10.1. Ticket Delivery Timeframe: Tickets will be sent to the User’s email up to 24 hours before the activity, or up to 1 hour before for last-minute bookings. The User explicitly accepts this policy.

 

10.2. Final Access Time: The final entry time is what is printed on the ticket itself. The Company may issue tickets for a slightly different time than selected to ensure availability. Users must adhere to the time on the ticket.

 

10.3. No Cancellations on Ticketed Services: For services including monument/museum tickets, purchases are strictly non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable once completed, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

10.4. Refund Exceptions: A refund will only be processed if the visit is officially cancelled by the monument’s administration or due to a demonstrable administrative error by the Company.

 

10.5. Cancellations for Non-Ticketed Services: For services that do not include entry tickets, the User may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the service begins.

 

10.6 Deadline for Data Submission: The User has a maximum of 30 minutes from the time of purchase to submit the required personal data. If the data is not received within this period, the Company cannot guarantee ticket availability, and the booking will be considered non-refundable.

 

10.7 Accuracy of Information: The User is solely responsible for providing correct and complete information. If tickets cannot be issued or entry is denied due to incorrect, incomplete, or late submission of data, the User is not entitled to a refund or modification. Corrections after purchase are not possible unless expressly accepted by the Company before tickets are issued.

 

10.8 Ticket Delivery Timeframe: Tickets will be sent to the email address provided by the User:

* Up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

* For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours in advance), tickets may be sent up to 1 hour before the activity.

The User explicitly accepts this delivery window during the purchase process.

 

10.9 Responsibility for Email: The User is responsible for providing a valid email address and checking all folders, including Spam/Junk. The Company is not liable if tickets are not received due to an incorrect email address provided by the User. In such cases, the booking is non-refundable.

 

11.1 Final Access Time: To ensure availability, the Company may issue tickets for a slightly different time slot than the one selected by the User. The User is responsible for checking the final time indicated on the ticket and arriving on time. Failure to do so does not entitle the User to a refund.

 

11.2 Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy

 

11.3 Services Including Tickets (Monuments, Museums, Audio Guides):

* Once purchased, these services are strictly non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable.

* This policy is based on Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l), which excludes leisure services with a specific performance date from the right of withdrawal.

* Failure to show up, late arrival, or failure to present required identification will result in denied entry without a refund.

 

11.4Refund Exceptions: A refund will only be processed if:

* The visit is officially cancelled by the monument’s administration, and they authorize a refund.

* There is a demonstrable administrative error attributable to the Company.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method, excluding any service or management fees.

 

11.5 Disputes Before Delivery: The User accepts the ticket delivery window (up to 24 hours before the activity). Any claim or dispute filed due to not having received the tickets before this deadline is invalid, as this condition was expressly accepted at the time of purchase.

 

12.1 Services NOT Including Tickets: For services that do not include monument tickets (e.g., certain tours without entry), the User may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the service begins.
